Job Description

Managing lease documentation, contracts, and correspondence. Preparing lease agreements and amendments. Organizing and maintaining property files and records. Acting as a point of contact between tenants, landlords, and property managers. Responding to inquiries related to property availability, pricing, and terms. Scheduling property viewings and coordinating meetings. Assisting in processing rental applications and background checks. Ensuring lease renewals are completed on time. Updating rental rates and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Keeping accurate records of lease agreements, deposits, rent payments, and notices. Handling lease terminations and move-in/move-out inspections. Addressing tenant concerns and complaints, escalating issues when necessary. Coordinating with maintenance staff for property repairs.
