We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused

Leasing Real Estate Agent

to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing rental listings, assisting prospective tenants, and closing lease agreements. You will act as the liaison between property owners and tenants, ensuring a smooth and efficient leasing process.

Key Responsibilities:

Advertise available rental properties through multiple channels (online listings, signage, social media, etc.) Conduct property showings and open houses for potential tenants Answer inquiries and provide detailed information about properties, lease terms, and community amenities Screen potential tenants using background checks, credit reports, and rental history Prepare lease agreements and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal housing regulations Collect security deposits and initial rent payments Maintain accurate records of property listings, client interactions, and leasing documents Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants Stay current with market trends and rental pricing in the area

Qualifications:

Proven experience in real estate leasing or property management (preferred) Real estate license (required or in progress, depending on local laws) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Familiarity with leasing software and CRM tools Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail

Work Environment:

Combination of office work and field visits to properties May include evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
