We are seeking a motivated and dynamic
Leasing Real Estate Agent
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping clients find rental properties that meet their needs, showing properties, negotiating lease terms, and ensuring a smooth rental process from start to finish.Responsibilities:
Assist clients in finding suitable rental properties Show properties to prospective tenants Negotiate lease agreements between landlords and tenants Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and property availability Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with leads Generate new leads through networking and marketing efforts
Requirements:
Proven experience as a leasing agent or real estate agent (preferred) Valid real estate license (if applicable in your country) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and in a team Strong knowledge of local real estate market Must have a car and valid driver's license (if required for property visits)
