Leasing Property Advisor

to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a passion for real estate, and a drive to achieve leasing goals. As a Leasing Property Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective tenants, guiding them through the leasing process while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet, qualify, and build rapport with prospective tenants both in person and through calls or emails. Conduct property tours, highlighting features, amenities, and community advantages. Manage the full leasing process: applications, screenings, lease agreements, and move-ins. Maintain accurate and updated records in the property management system. Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up with prospects to close leasing opportunities. Collaborate with the property management team to meet occupancy and revenue goals. Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge. Ensure compliance with housing regulations, fair housing laws, and company policies.

Qualifications

Previous experience in leasing, property management, or real estate preferred. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
