Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective tenants, guiding them through the leasing process while ensuring an

outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

? Greet, qualify, and build rapport with prospective tenants both in person and through calls or emails.

? Conduct property tours, highlighting features, amenities, and community advantages.

? Manage the full leasing process: applications, screenings, lease agreements, and move-ins.

? Maintain accurate and updated records in the property management system.

? Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up with prospects to close leasing opportunities.

? Collaborate with the property management team to meet occupancy and revenue goals.

? Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

? Ensure compliance with housing regulations, fair housing laws, and company policies.

Qualifications

? Previous experience in leasing, property management, or real estate preferred.

? Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

? Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
