Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated

Leasing Property Advisor

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leasing residential and commercial properties, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth leasing process for all clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Leasing:

Assist clients in leasing residential and commercial properties by providing information, conducting property tours, and addressing any inquiries.

Client Consultation:

Understand clients' needs and preferences to match them with suitable properties. Provide detailed information about available properties, lease terms, and pricing.

Marketing & Advertising:

Collaborate with the marketing team to promote available properties through various channels. Prepare marketing materials, including property listings, brochures, and online content.

Negotiation:

Facilitate negotiations between property owners and potential tenants, ensuring that both parties reach mutually beneficial agreements.

Lease Management:

Prepare and review lease agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements. Oversee the lease signing process and assist clients with any documentation needs.

Market Research:

Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor offerings to provide clients with accurate and relevant information.

Client Relationships:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and industry professionals to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities, including client interactions, property showings, and lease agreements. Provide regular reports to management on leasing performance.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in real estate leasing, property management, or a related field.

Skills:

o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Excellent negotiation and sales abilities.
o Knowledge of local real estate market trends and legal regulations.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software. o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Requirements:

Willing to commence employment on a commission-only basis Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed. Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
