Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute the leasing strategy in alignment with business objectives.
  • Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize occupancy, revenue, and client experience.
  • Identify market opportunities and trends to inform pricing, portfolio performance, and expansion plans.
Team & People Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of leasing professionals to achieve individual and collective targets.
  • Foster a high-performance culture centered on accountability, growth, and collaboration.
  • Establish clear performance metrics and career development plans for the team.
  • Oversee the full leasing process - from property onboarding and pricing strategy to tenant acquisition and renewals.
  • Drive adoption of digital payment solutions within the leasing function.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align on growth initiatives.
  • Analyze leasing performance metrics and market trends to optimize strategy and decision-making.
  • Establish team KPIs, provide ongoing coaching, and foster a performance-driven culture.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA and other local real estate regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in leasing or real estate operations, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in managing leasing performance and driving business growth.
  • Strong people management and coaching experience.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to and champion digital solutions (PropTech / FinTech exposure preferred).
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Key Responsibilities
