Key Responsibilities:
Manage lease agreements, renewals, and terminations in coordination with internal teams Maintain accurate records of tenant documents and contracts Respond to leasing inquiries and provide support to prospective and current tenants Prepare reports, manage lease files, and handle correspondence Assist with property handovers, inspections, and document tracking Coordinate with facilities, finance, and legal teams as needed

Requirements:

UAE Nationals only
Strongadministrative skills
and attention to detail ExcellentEnglish communication skills
(written and spoken) Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook) Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Previous experience in real estate, property management, or leasing is a plus Positive attitude and professional demeanor?
