Job Description
Reputed Real Estate company are looking for a Leasing Officer to perform a variety of tasks in property Leasing . The ideal candidate should Ensure effective and efficient lease management, negotiations and coordination with tenants, maintenance teams, and management, etc. Follow up Renewal - Rental payments - keep high occupancy rates - Generate tenancy contracts, tax invoices, receipts, registrations/terminations, and lease renewal notices to the tenants. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Real Estate, Leasing, * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver on tight deadlines * Must have a valid UAE Driving License and available to join immediately. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sharjah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
- property management: 2 years (Preferred)
- ARABIC (Preferred)
- ENGLISH (Preferred)
