We are looking for a skilled Leasing Officer to collaborate closely with our Leasing Manager, marketing specialist, and property management team. Your primary focus will be on leasing owner properties to prospective tenants. Your excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation abilities, and customer-centric approach will be crucial in achieving leasing targets and maintaining tenant satisfaction. Additionally, you will work with marketing specialist on various tasks to enhance the leasing process. Requirements

- Collaborate closely with the Leasing Manager to develop and execute effective property leasing strategies.
- Showcase properties to potential tenants, addressing inquiries and guiding them through the leasing process.
- Work with marketing specialist to update property listings on the company website and other platforms.
- Provide input to marketing specialist to ensure accurate and enticing property descriptions and images.
- Conduct thorough tenant screenings to ensure suitability and compliance with company standards.
- Work closely with property management to coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including inspections and documentation.
- Negotiate lease terms and rental rates in alignment with company guidelines and objectives.
- Maintain an up-to-date and comprehensive database of available properties, prospects, and tenant interactions.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitive activities to adjust leasing strategies as needed.
- Provide regular reports on leasing activities, occupancy rates, and revenue projections.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in real estate leasing, sales, or a customer-oriented role.
- Strong negotiation skills and effective communication abilities.
- Familiarity with leasing laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Exceptional customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software for property listings and customer relationship management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and goal-driven with a track record of meeting leasing targets.
- Fluency in Arabic & English
- Valid driver\'s license (preferred).
