Job Description

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Officer to join our growing team and manage the leasing activities of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee leasing operations for residential and commercial properties in Ajman. Handle leasing inquiries, conduct property tours, and close leasing deals. Ensure all leasing processes and documentation comply with Ajman's real estate regulations. Develop and implement leasing and marketing strategies to attract new tenants. Prepare leasing reports and maintain accurate records of all lease transactions. Achieve monthly leasing targets and KPIs set by management. Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and landlords. Collaborate with the maintenance and operations teams to ensure property readiness.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in real estate leasing, specifically in the UAE market. Strong knowledge of Ajman leasing rules, procedures, and market trends. Proven experience in residential and commercial leasing. Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Strong marketing capabilities with the ability to manage various channels. Results-driven and target-oriented. Must hold a valid UAE driving license. Arabic native speaker is preferred.
