We are currently Hiring a Leasing Manager who will Join our growing team. Responsibilities
- Define and implement sales strategies.
- A knack for client satisfaction and closing deals.
- Contributes to the teams and individual growth.
- Prepares reports on regular basis.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
- Create an open and harmonious work culture.
- Must have prior real estate sales experience of minimum 2 years in Dubai.
- Deep knowledge about the Dubai real estate market.
- Ability to work under strenuous circumstances and still deliver.
- Strong negotiation and communications skills.
- Russian / English/ Arabic speaking
- MUST have a Driver\'s license
- Fresh daily Leads

- Mentors with an experience of more than 5 years in the real estate market of Dubai
- Visa
- RERA registration
- Medical Insurance
- Highly favorable (competitive) pay structure
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
