Position: Leasing Manager (Urgent Hiring)
Location: Al Khail Mall, Al Quoz 4, Dubai, UAE

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
About the Role
We are urgently seeking a dynamic and experienced Leasing Manager to join our team at Al Khail Mall. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leasing and property management within the UAE, with strong skills in tenant acquisition, negotiations, and relationship management. This role is critical in driving occupancy, enhancing tenant satisfaction, and maximizing the mall's leasing performance.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to attract and retain high-quality tenants.
• Manage the entire leasing cycle, from prospecting and sourcing tenants to negotiations, contract finalization, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants, ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on leasing trends, rental rates, and market opportunities.
• Prepare and present leasing reports, performance analysis, and recommendations to management.
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure tenant needs are met and lease agreements are adhered to.
• Address tenant concerns and resolve leasing-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and company policies throughout the leasing process.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years of UAE experience in leasing management, preferably within retail, shopping malls, or commercial real estate.
• Strong knowledge of leasing strategies, tenant relations, and property management.
• Proven ability to handle negotiations, leasing contracts, and tenant acquisition.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in reporting and using relevant leasing/property management software.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
