Responsibilities - Retail Leasing

\xc2\xb7Market Research: Conducting market research to understand the competitive landscape, tenant preferences, and market trends to optimize tenant mix.
\xc2\xb7Prospect Sourcing: Identifying and reaching out to potential tenants to fill vacancies within the retail space.
\xc2\xb7Financial Analysis: Evaluating the financial viability of lease proposals, including rental income projections and return on investment analysis.
\xc2\xb7Lease Documentation: Preparing and managing lease documentation, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
\xc2\xb7Tenant Coordination: Coordinating tenant build-outs, store designs, and any required modifications to the retail space.
\xc2\xb7Budget Management: Creating and managing budgets for leasing operations, including income and expense projections.
\xc2\xb7Reporting: Providing regular reports to senior management on leasing activities, occupancy rates, and financial performance.

- 7-10 years experience within a Retail Leasing environment
- Good people skills
- Good knowledge of retail trends
