Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Leasing Executive to manage and support leasing activities for a restaurant outlet in Dubai Mall. The role focuses on coordinating with mall management, handling lease documentation, renewals, compliance requirements, and supporting commercial negotiations to ensure smooth operations and favorable leasing terms.

Key Responsibilities

Liaise with Dubai Mall / Emaar Leasing Team regarding lease agreements, renewals, amendments, and compliance matters Coordinate the execution of restaurant lease contracts, addendums, and renewals Monitor lease terms, rental schedules, service charges, turnover rent, and escalation clauses Ensure compliance with mall requirements, including fit-out guidelines, operational approvals, and trade license documentation Coordinate handover processes, fit-out approvals, and store opening requirements Track lease expiry dates and initiate renewal discussions in a timely manner Support negotiations on rental terms, incentives, and commercial conditions in coordination with management Maintain organized records of all leasing documents and correspondence Assist with budgeting and forecasting related to rent, service charges, and other mall-related costs Handle communications related to inspections, notices, and operational updates from mall management
Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or related field 2-5 years of experience in restaurant leasing, retail leasing, or mall leasing in the UAE Prior experience dealing with Dubai Mall or major mall operators (Emaar, Majid Al Futtaim, Aldar) is a strong advantage Strong understanding of restaurant leasing terms, including turnover rent and service charges Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a plus) Proficient in MS Office; experience with leasing or property management systems is an advantage
