The Role
Al Mawarid General Contracting Co. is the flagship company of Al Mawarid Group of Companies. It was established in the year 1995 in the Emirate of Sharjah to serve the construction needs of commercial and residential facilities in the United Arab Emirates (U.A.E.). One of the major contracting companies in U.A.E. and has performed a remarkable role in the growth of the U.A.E. by establishing of high quality, innovative, substantial building and civil engineering projects. For more than one decade, we have been established our proficiency and competence to satisfy a difficult and challenging construction need in the area.
- Represent the company in the highest professional and ethical manner at all times. \xe2\x80\xa2 Leasing the real estate units as per the approved procedures and conditions, and consulting the legal department when there is any doubt for any difference from the normal process, ensuring that all contracts made by him/her are attested from municipality, with the authority to grant simple discounts according to specific controls. \xe2\x80\xa2 Registering tenant\xe2\x80\x99s maintenance complaints and landlord\xe2\x80\x99s approved maintenance requests to the maintenance software to enable maintenance department to coordinate with the tenants to solve tenant\xe2\x80\x99s complaints and respond to their approved requests. \xe2\x80\xa2 Receiving tenants and customers\xe2\x80\x99 requests and inquiries, and responding them or redirected them to the concerned department in the company as per the followed procedures to provide distinguished customer service. \xe2\x80\xa2 Communicating (calling, emailing, sending software\xe2\x80\x99s SMS etc.) with all tenants external tenant, staff tenants or company\xe2\x80\x99s leased properties to renew their expired lease contracts and reporting to the deputy head of the department with the updates, consulting him also regarding any tenant didn\xe2\x80\x99t renew his/her contract nor vacated, and for all special or abnormal cases if any. Leasing executive must follow all cases until solving them all by renewing, vacating or transferring them to legal department. Also, It is not permissible to keep any contract pending without a written consent from the deputy head of the department. \xe2\x80\xa2 Carrying out evacuation procedures for tenants whom wants to vacate their units and granting them NOCs, following them until receiving both municipality and SEWA clearances, and notifying accounting department after that. Each NOC granted must be followed up closely until having the above mentioned clearances, when a tenant procrastinates in providing the clearances for a long period with all attempts to communicate with him to no avail, leasing executive should transfer the contract to legal department after assuring from Acc. dept. that the tenant didn\xe2\x80\x99t make the above clearances yet. \xe2\x80\xa2 Completing tenant\xe2\x80\x99s contracts deficiencies (as per accounts auditors and admin or documentary auditors). \xe2\x80\xa2 Matching parking information between real estate management program\xe2\x80\x99s data and building inspector data. \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow-up on violations related to real estate units when information is received on them (such as unauthorized bachelors\' accommodation, parking violations etc.) by contacting tenants until clearing their violations, and consulting the deputy head of the department or the head when necessary. \xe2\x80\xa2 Leasing executive must provide feedback to the deputy head of the department or the head and asks for any support needed to prevent any delay in performing his assigned tasks. \xe2\x80\xa2 Visiting the properties for the purpose of viewing, inspecting and checking the competitors\xe2\x80\x99 properties around and providing the department management with the requested reports and feedback.
- Should have any bachelor\'s degree \xe2\x80\xa2 Should have minimum 2 years of experience as Leasing Executive \xe2\x80\xa2 Should have good communication skill \xe2\x80\xa2 Should be an Arabic speaker \xe2\x80\xa2 The ability to deal with customers with patience and good listening skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Teamwork skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to perform multi tasking while maintaining priorities.
