Our client is hiring for the position Leasing Executive

Manage the end-to-end leasing process for residential and commercial properties.
Conduct property viewings, prepare lease documents, and ensure timely renewals.
Negotiate lease terms in line with company policies and market trends.
Maintain accurate lease data and records in property management systems.
Advertise available properties across digital and traditional media platforms.
Conduct market research and prepare competitive rental rate analysis.
Supervise property upkeep, repairs, and maintenance schedules.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal FM teams for timely execution.
Support the finance team with rent collection on, security deposit tracking, and billing.
Monitor receivables and follow up on overdue payments.
Prepare and analyze monthly leasing performance dashboards.
