Russian/European languages are preferred due to its nature of work.
Candidates must have relevant work experience into Leasing domain of work.
Marketing and Advertising:
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential tenants.
Create appealing property listings with detailed information and high-quality photos.
Advertise vacancies through various channels, such as online platforms, social media, and signage.
Tenant Screening:
Screen prospective tenants by reviewing applications, checking references, and conducting background checks.
Verify income, employment, and rental history to ensure tenants meet the property\'s criteria.
Property Tours:
Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting the features and benefits of the property.
Address any questions or concerns potential tenants may have during the tour.
Lease Negotiation:
Negotiate lease terms and conditions between the property owner or management company and the tenant.
Ensure that both parties understand and agree to the terms outlined in the lease agreement.
Documentation and Paperwork:
Prepare and process lease agreements, ensuring all necessary documents are accurately completed.
Collect security deposits, application fees, and any other required payments.
Tenant Relations:
Foster positive relationships with tenants to enhance tenant satisfaction and encourage lease renewals.
Address tenant inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Market Analysis:
Stay informed about local real estate market trends and competitors to set competitive rental prices.
Provide insights and recommendations to property owners regarding adjustments to rental rates.
Compliance and Legal Knowledge:
Stay informed about local, state, and federal laws governing landlord-tenant relationships.
Ensure lease agreements and practices comply with relevant regulations.
Maintenance Coordination:
Coordinate with maintenance and repair teams to address property issues and ensure timely resolution.
Conduct periodic property inspections to identify maintenance needs.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and organized records of leases, tenant communications, and financial transactions.
Reporting:
Provide regular reports to property owners or management companies on leasing activities, occupancy rates, and financial performance.
