- Identify new prospective tenants for properties and develop new clients;
- Maintain good relationship with tenants and work closely with facilities management;
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties
- Design business plans for assigned properties that suit customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs
- Maintain a productive relationship with developers and property owners
- Negotiate lease/contracts in a timely and reliable manner
- Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants
- Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses
- Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities
- Update job and market knowledge
- Fulfil line manager requirements as needed.
- Previous 2 years UAE experience in Sales / real estate
- Good communication and presentation skills
- MS Office skills
- Driving license/ own car preferred
- Bilingual preferred Arabic English
