Coordinate with the team & management to identify offices to be relocated
Prepare lease addendums for relocation
Contact and negotiate existing tenant for relocation and ensure signed documentation digitally
Assigning new units to lease contract in the systems (SF & SAP)
Coordinate with Park Operation Dept to move furniture/Items/company tags and clear the offices
Coordinate with TSS to close existing units & create new office units
Manage the end-to-end relocation process
Skills:
Strong negotiation & communication skills
Presentable and good communicator
Prior experience in Salesforce & SAP
Prior experience in Customer Handling
Real estate experience would be advantageous but is not a essential
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Excellent organization and planning skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
