We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized
Leasing Coordinator
to serve as the vital link between our internal leasing team, external real estate partners, and third-party service providers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and relationship management skills, ensuring efficient processes, seamless coordination, and maximum lead generation across all leasing channels.
Key Responsibilities
Internal Agent Support
Act as the primary point of contact for internal agents on all external-related matters.
Provide agents with accurate and updated information on available properties, pricing, and promotions.
Lease Administration
Prepare, review, and process lease agreements, renewals, and amendments.
Maintain a complete and up-to-date database of all lease agreements, including contract terms and tenant details.
Coordinate with the Finance team on rent collection, invoicing, and reconciliation.
Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies.
External Partner Coordination
Build and maintain strong relationships with external real estate agencies, freelance agents, and brokers.
Share timely and accurate property listings, pricing, and promotional offers with external networks.
Serve as the liaison for inquiries and commission processes with external agents.
Track and report on partner performance, lead quality, and conversion rates.
Third-Party Partner Management
Collaborate with marketing agencies and real estate portals to keep property listings current and effectively promoted.
Oversee agreements, commission structures, and third-party contracts.
Reporting & Administration
Maintain a master database of all internal and external agents with contact details and performance metrics.
Generate regular reports on leasing activities, inquiries, deal flow, occupancy rates, and vacancies.
Support the Leasing Manager with data analysis and presentations for sales strategies.
Perform additional administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
Proven experience in leasing coordination, real estate, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with real estate CRM systems is an advantage.
Knowledge of local real estate regulations and compliance requirements.
