We are looking for Passionate and Energetic candidates to join our team as Real Estate Agents in Dubai. Responsibilities:

Generate sales to the company
Generate client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property.
Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.
Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information on location, features, square footage, etc.
Show properties to potential buyers and renters.
Present purchase offers to sellers.
Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met
Manage to make paper works for the deals.
Coordinate and negotiate with landlords and owners who are interested to sell or rent their properties.
Negotiate the prices with landlord and owner to sell or rent properties.
Coordinate with leasing agents and marketing about available properties for sale/rent to be posted on property portals to get leads.
Manage viewing appointments for properties listed.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
