Leasing Consultant
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities :
- Market and resell residential and commercial properties across Dubai and the UAE secondary market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and property investors.
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing trends, and investment potential.
- Conduct property viewings, present properties professionally, negotiate terms, and manage contract execution.
- Generate and manage leads via referrals, digital marketing, networking, and company-provided leads.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets; report sales activity and pipeline using the company CRM.
- Proven sales experience in real estate
- Secondary market experience
- Negotiation skills
- Presentation skills
- Goal oriented
- Self motivated
- Client relations
- RERA license
- Experience working in Dubai property market
- Track record of meeting sales targets
- Familiarity with Dubai developer portfolios and off-plan projects
- Competence using CRM and digital marketing tools
