Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and professional
Real Estate sales & Leasing Representative
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting properties, attracting clients, conducting property viewings, and closing leasing deals efficiently and professionally.Key Responsibilities:
Promote and market available properties across various channels. Conduct property tours and provide detailed information to potential clients. Handle leasing inquiries and follow up with prospects. Negotiate leasing terms and prepare required documentation. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners. Prepare regular reports on leasing activities and market trends.
Requirements:
Previous experience in real estate marketing or leasing (must). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Excellent command of English (oral & written). Ability to work independently and meet targets. Presentable, professional, and customer-oriented. Valid driving license is an advantage.
