Leasing Consultant
to join our team and help us deliver an outstanding tenant experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet, engage, and build rapport with prospective tenants and clients.
Conduct property tours and highlight features, benefits, and lease terms.
Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
Screen and qualify applicants according to company policies and regulations.
Prepare and execute lease agreements and renewal contracts.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leasing activities.
Collaborate with the property management team to meet occupancy goals.
Handle tenant concerns and provide excellent customer service throughout the leasing process.
Requirements
Previous experience in leasing, real estate, or customer service is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with leasing regulations and property management software is a plus.
Positive attitude and a passion for delivering great customer experiences.
