Key Responsibilities

Lease residential & Commerical units to prospective tenants Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into signed leases Build strong relationships with clients through exceptional service Consistently meet or exceed monthly leasing targets

What We're Looking For

Prior experience in leasing (preferred but not essential) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-driven, goal-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and thrive in a competitive setting
