Job Overview:
We are seeking a customer-focused and proactive
Leasing Consultant
to manage leasing inquiries, conduct property viewings, and support tenants throughout the leasing process. The ideal candidate is organized, knowledgeable about rental markets, and skilled in building relationships while ensuring a smooth and compliant leasing experience.Job Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to all leasing inquiries and schedule property viewings. Conduct property tours, highlighting features and amenities to potential tenants. Negotiate lease terms and rental rates in line with company guidelines. Handle lease renewals, terminations, and rent collection follow-ups. Maintain a high conversion rate from inquiry to lease signing.
