Job Overview:
As a
Leasing Consultant
, you will play a key role in matching clients with suitable properties while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for managing inquiries, conducting property tours, and assisting clients throughout the leasing process.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
Schedule and conduct property viewings with prospective tenants.
Maintain updated knowledge of available properties, pricing, and lease terms.
Prepare and process lease agreements and related documentation.
Promote available properties through online portals and marketing efforts.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and property owners.
Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the leasing process.
Keep accurate records of leads, visits, and leasing activities using CRM tools.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in leasing, real estate, or property management.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Good understanding of the UAE real estate market and leasing regulations.
Proficiency in using property portals (e.g., Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle).
Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
UAE driving license is an advantage.
