Key Responsibilities:
Respond to leasing inquiries and follow up with potential tenants.
Conduct property tours and highlight key features and benefits.
Assist clients in completing applications and lease agreements.
Ensure properties are market-ready and well-presented.
Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and leasing activity.
Support marketing efforts, including listing properties online and assisting with promotions.
Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and competition.
Requirements:
Proven experience in leasing, property management, or real estate (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Familiarity with property listing platforms (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.).
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and meet leasing targets.
UAE driving license is a plus.
Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a bonus).
