We are seeking a motivated and personable Leasing Consultant to join our property management team. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for showcasing apartment units to prospective residents, handling leasing documentation, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process. You will be the first point of contact for potential renters and play a key role in maintaining occupancy goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet prospective residents and conduct property tours
Explain lease terms, property amenities, and pricing to applicants
Assist with rental applications, background checks, and lease agreements
Maintain knowledge of available units and current market conditions
Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Ensure leasing office, model units, and common areas are clean and presentable
Help manage resident retention efforts and renewal processes
Coordinate with maintenance and property management teams as needed
Maintain accurate records of traffic, leases, and renewals
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and demeanor
Availability to work weekends as needed
