We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized
Leasing Agent
to join our property management team.
As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents and play a key role in helping them find their next home.
You'll guide potential tenants through the leasing process, provide excellent customer service, and help maintain high occupancy levels at the property.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist prospective tenants in person, over the phone, and via email
Conduct tours of available units and highlight property features and amenities
Explain leasing terms, pricing, and policies clearly and confidently
Assist applicants with completing lease applications and gather necessary documentation
Conduct background checks, verify income, and process applications
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of apartment availability, pricing, and market trends
Assist with move-ins, lease renewals, and resident inquiries as needed
Help coordinate property events or community outreach when
