Job Description
V Group is looking for a Leasing Assistant, to support the Leasing Department in getting new premises in new areas, also renewing existing tenancy with the power of skills in negotiation, language & pleasing personality. His main duties include maintaining budgets and work schedules, organizing and participating in landlord/mall management meetings and ensuring all deadlines & payments. Responsibilities
- Assist the leasing department in the acquiring of new premises & maintaining the existing ones.
- Bring perfect advertisement tools to be used in the job profile.
- Negotiation with the malls/landlords with regard to our demands & needs.
- Coordinate & follow-up of this project leasing process
- Reach out the mall management for any new or innovative way to get implemented.
- Bring opportunities & space for the tenants.
- Experience in retail expansion
- Proficient in Mall leasing procedures
- Strong negotiation skills required
- Thriving nature
- Valid driving license
- English proficiency
- Arabic ( added value)
- UAE Light Motor Vehicle License
- Proactive
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Do you have a Driving License?
- Proficient in Mall leasing procedures: 1 year (Required)
