Job Description

We are a dynamic and growing real estate and development company committed to delivering exceptional property management and leasing services across Dubai. We are looking for a proactive and experienced Leasing and Property Manager to oversee our residential and commercial portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and monitor rental operations for residential and commercial units Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to reduce vacancy Advertise available units through various platforms (online and offline) Coordinate and conduct property viewings and negotiations Prepare and manage tenancy contracts in line with Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulations Maintain strong tenant relationships and handle complaints or issues promptly Oversee timely rent collection and follow up on outstanding payments Coordinate with maintenance teams, service providers, and facility management Prepare regular reports on occupancy, rental income, and leasing performance Ensure compliance with RERA and other local property regulations Issue and manage rental increase notices in accordance which with DLD/RERA rental index

Requirements:



Minimum 3-4 years of experience in property/leasing management within the UAE Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate laws and leasing procedures Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office RERA certification is preferred Valid UAE driving license
