Job Description
We are looking for a talented Leasing Agent / Representative to join our team in Ajman. The successful candidate will be responsible for finding residential building to lease (directly from the owner preferably) Responsibilities:
- Find the residential building for us in Ajman to lease and then sublease/rent it out
- Managing the leasing process for our properties
- Handling inquiries from prospective tenants and arranging property viewings.
- Negotiating lease agreements and ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
- Conducting market research to determine the appropriate rent for our properties.
- Coordinating with property owners to ensure all necessary maintenance and repairs are completed.
- Collecting and processing rental payments and ensuring timely payment from tenants.
- Managing tenant relations and handling any issues that arise.
- At least 2 years of experience in leasing or property management.
- Ability to find the building and owner details to contact
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with tenants, property owners, and other stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the local property market and relevant regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
