We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled leasing agent to join our team. As a leasing agent, you will be responsible for promoting inventory units and leasing them to potential tenants. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist potential tenants in a friendly and professional manner.
- Show rental properties to prospective tenants and highlight the features and benefits of each property.
- Respond to tenant inquiries and follow up on leads in a timely manner.
- Negotiate lease agreements and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a database of rental properties, tenants, and lease agreements.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential tenants.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Experience in real estate, property management, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver\'s license and transportation required.
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
