Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITES: Presenting properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants. Acting as a landlord for property owners and help them navigate the property market. Advertising available properties using a variety of media and promoting materials. Recording and updating details of prospective and existing landlords and tenants into computer database swiftly. Examining properties and informing maintenance staff of issues. Screening prospective tenants to ensure they meet eligibility requirements. Completing lease applications and assisting with verification of application information. Informing prospective tenants of results. Inspecting properties when tenants take occupation and vacate. Liaising with tenants to provide information and address their complaints and concerns. Maintaining and storing documentation effectively. Accepting rent payments, security deposits and other applicable fees. Requirements: Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices Up to date with property market status MS Office familiarity Excellent communication and negotiation skills With car and valid UAE driver license.
