Leasing Advisor
Job Description
Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person visits.
Negotiate prices and other leasing terms
Schedule and conduct property viewings and virtual tours for prospective tenants.
Guide applicants through the leasing process, including documentation, approvals, and Ejari registration.
Prepare and execute tenancy contracts in accordance with RERA and company policies.
Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures with tenants and internal teams.
Support lease renewals, terminations, and tenant retention efforts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
