The Leasing Advisor serves as the primary liaison between prospective tenants and
property owners, ensuring a seamless leasing experience from handling tenant
inquiries, conducting property viewings, preparing lease documentation, and
ensuring compliance with UAE real estate regulations. The role is critical in
maintaining high occupancy rates, delivering excellent customer service, and
supporting the company's operational, financial objectives and portfolio growth.
1. Main Responsibilities: Leasing & Tenant Relations
Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person
visits.
Negotiate prices and other leasing terms
Schedule and conduct property viewings and virtual tours for prospective
tenants.
Guide applicants through the leasing process, including documentation,
approvals, and Ejari registration.
Prepare and execute tenancy contracts in accordance with RERA and
company policies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
