Job Description

Coordinate lease replacement processes by reviewing vehicle return dates and establishing timelines to ensure a seamless transition. Act as the primary liaison between clients and leasing companies, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to lease agreements. Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and assessments to determine the condition and value of leased vehicles prior to return. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for all lease transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Analyze market trends and vehicle availability to recommend suitable replacement options that meet client needs and budget constraints. Schedule vehicle deliveries and pickups, optimizing logistics to minimize downtime for clients during the replacement process. Monitor and track lease expirations, proactively reaching out to clients to initiate the replacement process well in advance. Facilitate the approval process for new lease agreements, ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed accurately. Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining regular communication with clients throughout the lease replacement journey. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and finance, to ensure a smooth transition and alignment of client expectations.
