Key Responsibilities
Mentor and guide logistics drivers to ensure excellent customer service delivery
Ensure drivers understand performance expectations and department targets
Support the Supervisor/Manager in conducting team meetings and implementing action plans
Take ownership of daily and periodic reporting including vehicle inventory, transaction updates, fleet replacement status, and vehicle ageing
Coordinate delivery of lease-ready vehicles within target turnaround time
Act as key account contact, managing follow-ups for service bookings and maintenance tasks
Achieve KPIs related to service and maintenance for key accounts
Ensure adherence to customer query handling and complaint resolution processes
Escalate unresolved issues to leadership as required
Support team briefing, training, and continuous improvement initiatives
Ideal Profile
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications preferred
2-3 years of experience in logistics coordination, fleet operations, or rental/leasing support
Strong organizational, communication, and customer-handling skills
Ability to manage reporting, vehicle coordination, and multi-tasking under pressure
Proficiency in MS Office and fleet management systems
