And delivers truly memorable experiences to our guests as a result. As Learning and Quality Coordinator you will always be working on behalf of our guests and working with other Team members.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different at IHG, but you\xe2\x80\x99ll mostly be:
- Responsible for performing tasks as outlined in your learning and quality coordinator task sheet to the highest standard.
- Delivers core training, company orientation and all developmental trainings as required by the company.
- Conducts audits, identify gaps, and develop trainings or processes to address needs within brand or business.
- Responsible for achieving the goals and objectives of the department, brand and company including external and internal audits in order to maintain company certifications accordingly.
- Reviews, supports and assist departments in the implementation of relevant SOP\xe2\x80\x99s, processes, audit and action plans.
- Assists with setup and/or facilitates training delivery, evaluation of training effectiveness and implementation of training related action plans.
- Partners with third party trainers and ensure the resort is aligned with mandatory trainings.
What We need from you:
- Previous experience in HR/Training
- Good communication and people skills
- 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 related experience in Human Resources or Learning and Development, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must speak fluent English
- Other languages may be preferred
