Your Main Responsibilities
Training & Development SupportAssist in preparing engaging training materials, including presentations, toolkits, and e-learning content. Support the organization and logistics of both in-class and virtual training sessions. Track attendance, participation, and completion of training modules to ensure learning objectives are met. Gather feedback and compile post-training reports to measure impact and identify areas for improvement.

Engagement ActivitiesCollaborate on planning and organizing team engagement events such as workshops, team gatherings, and Coco Club experiences. Contribute creative ideas for interactive activities that foster team motivation and collaboration within boutiques. Maintain and design communication materials, including emails, newsletters, and invitations, to support learning and engagement initiatives.

Data & ReportingUpdate learning trackers for internal teams and partner boutiques to monitor progress. Support the compilation of reports on key metrics such as Pulse Index, Inside WFJ completions, and sales team development KPIs. Assist in tracking and monitoring individual learning paths and development milestones.

Administration & CoordinationCoordinate schedules, invitations, and follow-ups for training programs and engagement activities. Provide logistical support for regional travel, boutique visits, and events. Help maintain an organized filing system for training documents and engagement plans to ensure seamless operations.

What You Can BringA passion for people development, luxury retail, and creative team engagement, with an interest in learning and training. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with an eye for detail and aesthetics. Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic to collaborate across teams and regions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a creative mindset to design engaging materials. A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach with a desire to grow and contribute.


RequirementsGraduate with a degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, Luxury Management, or a related field. Previous experience or strong interest in training, HR, events, or luxury retail is highly desirable. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic; proficiency in French is an advantage. Based in Dubai and available for a full-time internship for six months.
