Job Description

1. Primary Purpose



The L&D Specialist at OIA Properties is responsible for designing and delivering impactful training programs for real estate agents and staff, covering onboarding, soft skills, sales techniques, market analysis, pricing strategies, and compliance. This role facilitates both in-person and virtual sessions, conducts training needs analysis, and aligns learning with business goals. The specialist manages e-learning content and the LMS, supports one-on-one coaching, ensures licensing and CEU compliance, and equips agents with the tools to interpret market data and enhance client engagement.

2. Responsibilities



1. Training Program Development



Design and develop onboarding and continuous learning programs for real estate agents and staff. Create specialized training modules on soft skills, real estate market trends, pricing strategies, investment calculations, and property evaluation.

2. Delivery of Training



Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual training sessions. Lead workshops on prospecting, lead conversion, negotiation, and client engagement.

3. Needs Assessment



Conduct training needs analyses based on agent performance, feedback, and company goals. Align learning initiatives with business performance metrics and market demands.

4. Market Analysis and Area Comparison Training



Educate agents on how to conduct comparative market analysis (CMA) and assess property values based on market data. Train staff to interpret market trends, pricing strategies, and area comparisons (e.g., neighbourhood insights, amenities, property performance). Guide agents on using market data platforms and analytics tools to enhance client consultations and presentations.

5. Content Creation and LMS Management



Develop and maintain e-learning content and quick reference guides. Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure timely access to training materials.

6. Coaching and Development



Provide one-on-one coaching for skill development and performance improvement. Support leadership development and mentoring programs within the brokerage.

7. Compliance and Licensing



Ensure all agents meet regulatory training and licensing requirements. Track mandatory CEU (Continuing Education Units) and professional development progress. Report on learning impact and make data-driven improvements to training programs.

3. Qualifications & Experience



A. Educational Requirements / Qualifications



A bachelor's degree in communications or a related area. Flexible in commuting with UAE branches.

B. Skills and Competencies



Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Thorough understanding of training processes. Ability to design different learning methods and map them with related impact assessments. Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
