Our Client operates in the Packaged Foods Industry, with its headquarters rooted strongly in the United States. It has its branches spread to more than 180 countries. They fall under the Fortune 500 Companies. Their core business is manufacturing and selling a broad range of convenience foods. It also is a well passed down legacy business, making a mark through history.

Role Description:
  • Our client\'s Regional Talent COE leads the talent agenda for the Asia Middle East and Africa (AMEA) region.
  • It is a team of 6 comprised of a Talent Director, Talent & Performance Lead, Leadership Development Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager, Talent Specialist and a Talent Operations Lead. The Talent Team is a regionally dispersed team with team members based out of Dubai and India.
  • Our client is looking to hire a great partner for their team on fixed-term contract for 9 Months that can support with our end-to-end Learning and Development agenda. The areas of responsibility will include owning the operationalization of our annual regional learning and development calendar, completing the regional learning needs analysis, and liasing with the Business Unit HR Teams to understand unique learning needs and operational requirements (e.g. language translations, strategic development priorities, preferred learning delivery methods etc.).
  • The L&D Manager will also be responsible for staying connected with our Global Talent Team and drive alignment between regional needs and global project implementation within the AMEA region.
  • This role will report directly into the Leadership Development Manager who is based in India.
Responsibilities:
  • Support with the design and implementation of the AMEA Learning & Development agenda in line with our region\'s Growth Strategy.
  • Identify Regional Learning Needs through a Learning Needs analysis and identify suitable.
  • Courses from our global learning catalogue for delivery in AMEA.
  • Partner with external vendors where needed on training facilitation support and/or training content design.
  • Lead the AMEA Training agenda (including regional Train The Trainer cohorts and global L&D programs such as "Step Up" or "Welcome to Life at K Onboarding").
  • Contribute to the design and communication of AMEA Learning & Development initiatives through active participation in the Quarterly Talent Drumbeat meetings.
  • Support our Business Unit HR partners with learning solutions based on identified needs and using our regional and global training menus.
  • Share course design and principles across AMEA and assist with local implementation as required.
  • Act as a lead on key global projects that operationally fit under the Learning & Development workstreams.
  • Build global networks in Global GBS, global HRIS organization. Talent and Performance global support teams and represent AMEA region and its needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business or other related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a corporate HR generalist or HR operations role with minimum 3 years of Learning & Development experience.
  • Experience dealing with sensitive and confidential data.
  • Experience working with and managing external vendors and partners.
  • Multi country/region experience preferred.
