During your tenure as Learning Director, you will lead, manage, direct, integrate and monitor the Deloitte Middle East (DME) wide learning strategy, oversee design and implementation of DME wide learning practices, oversee DME participation in Deloitte University EMEA (DU EMEA) and provide guidance to the Business Learning Leaders (BLLs). You will also be responsible for the following:
  • Implement and evaluate DME\'s learning and development strategy, value proposition and plan, in alignment with the overall business needs, best practices, external drivers and global and North South East (NSE) direction
  • Coordinate with Talent Partners, Business HR and BLLs and Talent Partners to support them during learning strategy cascading activities
  • Collaborate with the NSE learning teams and other member firms to understand global and NSE learning strategies, recent developments, tools and technologies to be launched and lead the preparation of DME talent programs for such changes
  • Lead and coordinate the implementation of learning initiatives and projects across businesses and centrally to ensure a High Impact Learning Culture is embedded in DME\'s practices
  • Review the DME learning structure and operating model ensuring clear responsibilities and service catalogues are developed and agreed upon
  • Lead the assessment, selection, and implementation of new learning technology to ensure exceptional learner\'s experience
  • Work with the NSE team and the DME BLLs to design and implement learning impact and measurement tools and dashboard to drive continuous improvement of L&D strategies, initiatives, and programs
  • Design and implement a DME Learning Communication and Brand strategy
  • Review the DME curriculum across businesses and consolidate where possible and design a DME wide curriculum for professional and leadership programs
  • Work with NSE to develop leadership programs across levels in addition to partners development programs
  • Work closely with other CoE leads to ensure learning is embedded in the employee\'s talent journey (i.e. performance management, succession management)
  • Organize and implement DU EMEA locally delivered programs in addition to managing the DME pool of Internal Facilitators
  • Lead the L&D CoE team and work closely with the Business Learning Teams

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 12 years of experience including learning and development experience, preferably in a similar professional services firm
  • Bachelor\'s/ master\'s degree in learning, education or a related field
  • Experience in learning and development strategy, training needs analysis, adult learning methodologies, instructional design, curriculum management, corporate training, project management, leadership development and digital learning
  • String consulting skills (structured thinking and deck writing)
  • Strong project management skills and stakeholders\' management
  • Strong strategic thinking abilities, excellent organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal and time-management skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally with partners and high-level executives
  • Proficient in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in English (reading, speaking, and writing). Preference will be given to bilingual candidates (Arabic/English)
