As the Learning & Development specialist you will join a fast growing organisation based in Al Ain, this role will report directly to the talent section head & involve a wide scope in Learning & Development.

The client is a large player in their industry and very well known in the region, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to work closely with a Talent manager on building an L&D function and develop and training teams.
Description
The Key responsibilities of this role will include:
Training analysis and everything to do with Talent ManagementTalent planningStrategising for the entire workforce and working very closely with the Talent manager to do soParticipating in operations and uplifting the skills of the whole teamTraining analysisAssist in building frameworks for the organisationBuilding the L&D function from scratchSingle scope role but may involve some coachingDealing with a 50/50 blue and white collar workforce
Profile
The Successful candidate will have/be:
Previous L&D ExperienceStrong in the strategic aspect of HRA minimum of 8-10 years in a Learning and development focused positionArabic speaker is essential Must be able to live in Al Ain
