We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Learning and Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving our learning and development strategy, designing, and implementing training programs, and ensuring that our employees have the knowledge and skills they need to succeed.
Key Position Responsibilities & Eligibility Criteria:
Develop and implement effective learning and development strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and create training plans to address those needs.
Design, develop, and deliver programs, including classroom, online training, experiential workshops, and coaching sessions.
Apply different learning theories and instructional design models to ensure that employees get the most out of their training. Understand different learning styles aimed at new generations and align to learning journeys that support business needs.
Trains and coaches\xe2\x80\x99 managers and supervisors involved in employee development efforts.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs with continuous improvement.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development and incorporate them into our training programs.
Manage the learning and development budget and ensure that all programs are cost-effective and efficient.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, to ensure that learning and development initiatives are aligned with organizational needs.
Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field such as HR, education, training or organizational psychology.
10+ years of experience and minimum 3+ years of proven experience as a Learning & Development Manager preferably in Fitness / hospitality / service industry.
Coaching / NLP certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of learning and development principles, methods, tools and its application.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
Familiarity with learning management systems and other training technology.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
