Dubai, UAE SALARY: 28,000 AED - 28,000 AED PER: Month TERM: Permanent

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Learning and Development Manager to join our organization. As the Learning and Development Manager, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning and development programs that align with our company\'s strategic goals. Your expertise will help foster a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategy and Program Development:
  • Develop and execute a strategic vision for learning and development initiatives that support the organization\'s goals and objectives.
  • Design and implement comprehensive training and development programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, onboarding programs, and other relevant learning opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and gaps, and develop effective solutions.
2. Learning Delivery and Facilitation:
  • Oversee the delivery and facilitation of training programs, ensuring engaging and impactful learning experiences for employees.
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at various levels, utilizing a variety of delivery methods to accommodate different learning styles.
  • Leverage technology and digital learning platforms to deliver and enhance training programs.
3. Talent Development and Performance Management:
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to identify high-potential employees and develop tailored development plans to nurture their growth and advancement.
  • Support the performance management process by providing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to enhance employee performance.
  • Implement and manage mentorship or coaching programs to support talent development and succession planning initiatives.
4. Evaluation and Continuous Improvement:
  • Establish metrics and evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness and impact of learning and development initiatives.
  • Analyze feedback and evaluation data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for program enhancements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development, incorporating innovative approaches into our programs.
5. Stakeholder Management:
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, department heads, and subject matter experts, to understand their needs and align learning initiatives accordingly.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, consultants, and industry experts to leverage their expertise and resources for the development of training programs.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field. A Master\'s degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience (minimum X years) in a similar role, leading learning and development initiatives in a corporate setting.
  • Strong knowledge of learning and development methodologies, adult learning principles, and instructional design principles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering leadership development programs, technical training, and other learning interventions.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and analyze data to measure program effectiveness.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Professional certifications in learning and development, such as CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance), are highly desirable.
