Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct learning needs analysis and gap assessments to define organizational learning priorities.
  • Design and develop effective learning programs including e-learning courses, workshops, webinars, and training materials.
  • Implement and facilitate learning and development initiatives aligned with organizational goals and culture.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to employees and managers on learning progress and performance.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of learning programs using defined metrics and assessment methods.
  • Manage learning and development budgets, resources, and external vendors to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
  • Stay informed on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in learning and development and apply them to programs.
  • Collaborate with senior management, human resources, and key stakeholders on learning strategies and outcomes.
Ideal Profile
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in learning and development, including experience in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of designing, implementing, and evaluating successful learning and development programs.
  • Strong expertise in instructional design, adult learning methodologies, and learning technologies.
  • Experience within the automotive industry is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
