Position Overview
The Learning and Development Intern will support the day-to-day operations of the L&D function, helping deliver impactful training experiences across Jumeirah's luxury properties. You'll engage with a diverse workforce, manage administrative tasks, and contribute to our ongoing employee development programs.
What You'll Do

• Assist with coordinating training sessions and programs across departments
• Maintain training records, attendance, and feedback for ongoing evaluation
• Support L&D systems, platforms, and internal communications
• Prepare and distribute training materials and documentation
• Greet and support colleagues attending training with professionalism
• Promote a culture of learning and continuous improvement
• Handle confidential HR and training data with discretion

Ideal Profile

• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a hospitality, HR, or business program
• Previous internship experience in luxury hotels or training departments is a plus
• Strong organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English; knowledge of other languages (Arabic, Russian, etc.) is advantageous
• Available to begin internship in August
• Passionate about hospitality and career development
